Return & Exchange Policy

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something’s not right, you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

To start a return, contact us at sales@ovapparelcompany.com. Returns must be approved before being sent back—packages sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake with your order, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. If we’re at fault, we’ll cover it.

Need a different size or item? The fastest way is to return your original order and place a new one once the return is accepted.


Damages & Order Issues

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out immediately. We’ll make it right.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days—no questions asked. Returned items must still meet the same condition requirements as listed above.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the funds.
