At OV Apparel Company, we take pride in every order, because it's more than just a product, it's part of a story. To reduce waste and support sustainable practices, most of our items are made to order. Because of this, processing and ship-out times may vary, typically taking 2–7 business days before your order leaves our hands.
You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can follow it every step of the way.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. You'll see the total before completing your purchase.
Delivery Times

U.S. Orders: Usually arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

International Orders (including EU): Arrival times depend on the destination and customs clearance, but generally take 7–21 business days.
International Shipping
We proudly ship to select international destinations, including the European Union. Please note that import duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Issues or Delays
If your order is delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged—email us at sales@ovapparelcompany.com and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Make sure your shipping info is correct when placing your order. We can’t be responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
